Use the service responsibly
Keep account access secure, give team members appropriate permissions and only upload information you are authorised to use. Do not use the platform for spam, unlawful content, misleading payment requests or attempts to access another company's records.
Your documents and AI output
Your business is responsible for reviewing job details, prices, tax treatment, contract wording and customer messages before use. AI transcripts and drafts can contain mistakes and require human review. Tools to Pay does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
Packages and connected providers
Review the package and payment information shown at checkout. Phone numbers, messaging, WhatsApp approval and other third-party services may involve separate setup, usage charges and provider terms. They are not activated merely by viewing a preview. Final billing and cancellation terms must be approved before launch.
