Provider register awaiting launch review
This is an implementation overview, not a completed contractual subprocessor register. The operator must confirm contracting entities, processing locations, transfer safeguards and data-processing agreements before launch.
Existing integrations
Supabase supports database, authentication and storage. Netlify hosts the deployed application. Stripe supports subscription checkout. OpenAI supports configured survey transcription, extraction, Leo's in-app guidance, booking interpretation and Recovery reply classification. Availability depends on the deployed configuration and feature used.
Optional connected accounts
Google supports connected Gmail sending, calendar availability and linked appointment invitations. Microsoft supports connected Outlook sending. Each company authorises its own accounts; connection and public customer availability depend on the provider permissions and approval status. Replies can be delivered through the separate Resend inbound route. Configured AI requests may pass through an AI gateway; the actual gateway operator, contracts and processing arrangements must be included in the completed register.
Messaging integrations
Resend is the selected email delivery and inbound-reply provider. Twilio supports configured SMS and approved WhatsApp senders. These channels require credentials, verified routing and testing before activation; phone numbers and message usage may incur provider charges.
